Drove up to the left hand auto wash. Paid the $18 for a wash. Machine acted like it didn’t know how to adapt to the dimensions of my Mini Cooper. It sat for way too long on the front with the front scrubber spinning on my car. I thought it was broken at first. After nearly rubbing the paint off the front, it did eventually take off and do the rest of the car. Two complete passes went by with nothing happening that I could notice. No liquids or foams were coming out of the machine, so I have no answer to what was going on. This is the most pathetic $18 I’ve ever spent on a car wash. I got home and I might as well have torn up and flushed a $20 bill.

I'm writing because yesterday I had a terrible experience in your car wash! I paid for a service and the machine stopped in the middle of the wash and did not finish its work and the car was super dirty and it was almost 20 dollars! And the worst thing was that there were no workers to complain about! I lost my money just like other customers who were with me and no one attended us! What a disaster

If I could give a zero stars I would. Customer service is so important. They provided zero. I was charged twice on my cards cause of their card reader reading “failure”. After a few attempts it finally accepted but on both cards. You can’t get a hold of anyone at their number when calling & leaving voicemail, No answer back via text. I should have gotten a refund on 1 of my cards, but instead was charged 30 dollars for 1 car wash. I believe they use those situations to rip people off. I been going here for years. I’m probably going to find a different place. They don’t care about the people who contribute to their business.

Put my car through the automatic touchless wash - got the $20 wash. Unimpressed with the results... Car is still dusty/grimy in multiple spots. I've used the self-service bays here and they're fine....but the automatic bays don't cut it - they're fancy but don't get the job done.

these are pictures after my “car wash” there’s still bird shit everywhere :( i should’ve just saved my $20 and waited for it to rain bc that would’ve had the same effect. 2 stars because it was fast (obviously) and got the dust off. definitely won’t be back here
